Policies
- Once you purchase a workshop through PayPal you will be enrolled.
- If you would like to enroll in a workshop that has been sold out, please send an email to MyHeartCoaching(at)gmail(dot)com and you will be put on a waiting list.
- Due to an intimate class size, the spot you purchase for each workshop are transferable but payment is non-refundable.
- What this means: If you purchase a spot in a class and are unable to attend, and there is a waiting list of students that has formed, we will put you in contact with the first person on the list to whom you can offer your class spot. If the person on the list accepts, then that person will need to pay you for your spot and once that transaction is complete and both parties are satisfied, we will transfer your spot to the other person. **OR** We will transfer your spot to a class that is scheduled in the future. If you are unable to attend and there is no waiting list, or cannot attend the class at another date, we will unfortunately be unable to provide refunds.
- If you have signed up and paid for a class and there is NOT a minimum of 8 people for that class, you will be offered to switch to a different class or offered a refund.
- In case of a medical emergency on our part or natural disaster, and the class needs to be cancelled, we will reimburse each person enrolled.
- What to bring: An open heart! Please do not feel the need to purchase anything, as class materials will be provided.
- What to wear: Wear something you don't mind getting paint or glue on.
