"Life Coaching and art come together to make for a special experience that you won't soon forget. Gathering with a small group of women to share your heart can be intimidating but Lynn's warm welcoming energy made it comfortable for all of us to open up and leave as new friends." ~Elena Lai Etcheverry

Honesty, Depth, AND Laughter

"I love it when I can be real, honest, deep AND laugh and have fun at the same time. Not only that, but come away with something meaningful that I am actually proud to hang on the wall." ~a self professed "non-artist"

From Head to Heart

Many people struggle to integrate the truth in their head down to a heart level. As Tozer said, “Our real beliefs lie buried beneath our doctrines and creeds.” This process of unearthing our real beliefs and moving these truths from head to heart can be painstakingly slow but by utilizing the tool of art, this journey is made easier. Therein lies the beauty of HeArt Coaching—Life Coach Sue Robson presents some nugget of truth which artist Lynn Richards then incorporates into an art project.  It’s a beautiful marriage.  I have been to HeArt Coaching twice and both times it was a fun and valuable evening. I highly recommend these workshops. Treat yourself and your heart to an evening of HeArt Coaching.

An Environment Where You Can Be REAL

"Sue and Lynn create an inviting atmosphere where you are able to be real with yourself and reflect on your own identity in relation to the past, present, and future. They help guide you in seeking out what you want in the next year of your life by choosing one all-encompassing word that you can hold on to in place of a list of tedious new year’s resolutions that you drop or forget by February. Choosing a word helps you to be specific about what you need while being broad to where it may lead you. When you have a word displayed beautifully in your home that has so much meaning behind each layer, it resonates with your soul and helps you to truly speak your desires into existence!" ~Kayla Jo
